Windfarm Ravenstein

The windfarm is located in the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis in Baden-Wuerttemberg (D). The project has been developed by Green City AG and was connected to the grid in 2015. The O&M of the windfarm is carried out by Green City Operations & Management GmbH. The turbines have a total installed capacity of 10 MW, the expected net generation amounts to approx. 22 GWh/a. The produced power is remunerated under the EEG feed-in tariff with 8.9 €ct/kWh until 2035.

Windfarm Schlenzer I

The windfarm is located in the county of Teltow-Fläming, Brandenburg (D). The project has been developed by a German company which is still involved in the O&M of the windfarm. Green City has overtaken 100% stake after grid connection in January 2017. The turbines have a total installed capacity of 5.5 MW, the expected energy feed-in amounts to approx. 13.9 GWh/a. The produced power is remunerated under the EEG feed-in tariff with 8.38 €ct/kWh until 2037.

Windfarm Garessio I

The windfarm is located in the county of Garessio in Piedmont (I). The project was connected to the grid in 2009. Green City has overtaken 80% stake in June 2018. The residual 20% are owned by Francesco Milano and his company Wind Mil SRL. Mr. Milano is responsible for on-site operational management, Green City O&M GmbH monitors the technical and commercial results. The turbines have a total installed capacity of 12.5 MW, the expected net generation amounts to approx. 20 GWh/a. The windfarm benefits from green certificates until 2023. The produced power is remunerated with 14.5 €ct/kWh until the end of 2023.

General calculation basis: CO2-avoidance factor (667 kg CO2/MWh) according to German Federal Environment Agency (2018), number of average German households powered (3,126 kWh p.a.) according to German Federal Statistical Office (2018).

Further acquisitions

We intend to conclude purchase agreements for further projects from the cooperation agreement with Green City in the course of the next few months. The assets are located in Germany, France, Italy and Spain and have a capacity of almost 200 MW.
